Traditional Greek Salad

Slice and toss traditional Greek salad with added avocado for a nutrient boost!



PREP TIME 5 minutes to 10 minutes SERVES 2




INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Roma Tomatoes 🍅

  • 1/2 Avocado 🥑

  • 1/4 Red Onion 🧅

  • 1/4 Cucumber 🥒

  • Kalamata Olives (about 8) 🫒

  • Feta + Olive Oil to Taste


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice Roma tomatoes into quarters, take 1/2 an avocado (without the pit), and slice into cubes. Cut the red onion into strips and cut the cucumber into 1/4" slices. Add all prepped vegetables into a mixing bowl and toss with feta, olive oil, and kalamata olives (to taste). Enjoy!
